We offer paid internships for students of high schools with electro specialization during their studies. You can try microsoldering or hot air soldering and test the functionality of motherboards. When you graduate from high school, you can join us as Technician.

We're looking for warehouse part-timers to handle light electrical components during the year.
If you're not afraid of electronics and would like to learn how to work with hardware, you can work in our service center.
Occasionally we seek part-time help in the finance or HR department or other administrative positions.
Looking for your first job after school?
We can also train recent graduates after school. We know that everyone has started somehow and we can share a lot of knowledge with you.
We hire graduates of electro high schools mainly as technicians in the service center or quality department, but also computer science students for the team of process engineers.
Would you like work in the warehouse and have possibility to be promoted to Team Leader? You can start with us as Warehouse Operator and how far you get is up to you.
You can work in our support and administrative teams. We have positions of Planners, Buyers, and students of economics or other fields, especially in the finance department or in the HR department.
How can you develop with us?
We regularly train our employees on mandatory training required by legislation, professional training as well as on topics focused on personal development and soft skills development.
Are you interested in the electrical world but have a degree in another field? This is not an obstacle for us! We can train you on Decree 50 §4 even without an electrical background.
If you would like to get a license for driving a forklift or a retractor since you were a kid, don't despair, if you need one for work in the warehouse we'll get you one.
We have several Excel masters in the company and if you ever don't know what to do, just contact them. They'll be happy to advice you or train you.
Are you a foreigner and would you like to work on your Czech level? Then you will definitely welcome Czech courses for foreigners.
For personal development, we've had workshops focused on mental health, healthy life style, difficult communication situation or ergonomics at the workplace.

„I work in SMS InfoComm since 2009. I started right after I finished high school. I graduated from Mechanics-Electronics and this field of study got me the position of Technician. I celebrated 15th anniversary in the company in 2024. Right now I’m working as a supervisor and I oversee two departments. I like the most about my job in SMS that I can continue working with electronics and improve my knowledge in the field I studied.
